There are Stairs to the left of the bar after entering into the Cafe! It's Open for everyone, no VIP passes required and it's open when ever Skybar is open !!

It depends on the night. A majority of the time it is cover bands. Every now and then it is country. In the boom boom room there is a DJ who mixes in dance music.

Mix it up but on game weekends seems to be country. Not a fan
